CompanyA credentialing product, not a design tool.
CertLink is built by a team whose previous work was high-volume certificate operations — serial numbering rules, seal placement, spreadsheet error reports, print output and, above all, what to do when a batch half-fails. We are bringing that to Malaysia because it is the part of this market that nothing free covers.
Five of them, and none is provisional.
A roadmap tells you what a vendor hopes to do; this list tells you what it will refuse.
- We do not compete on design.Canva is free, better at it, and available to Malaysian teachers at no cost through the ministry’s platform. Competing there would be a slow way to lose.
- We do not become a certification authority.Operating one without a licence is a criminal offence here. We integrate licensed authorities where an institution needs the stronger evidential position.
- We do not distribute national or state emblems. The offence attaches to the party using the mark commercially — the template vendor. Institutions upload their own marks and warrant their rights.
- We do not charge for verification. And we do not intend to start.
- We do not build an LMS.Moodle is already installed at hundreds of institutions here. We connect to it.
Local operations are being established.
We are setting up for the Malaysian market. The operating company is incorporated, its registered address is published, and the data protection officer that the amended PDPA requires is appointed. The details in the footer of every page are the ones that legally apply.
- Operator
- BADGE TECH SDN. BHD. — private company limited by shares, incorporated 24 June 2025 under the Companies Act 2016. Operates this site and the CertLink service: contracts, support, Bahasa Melayu, and the personal data it holds.
- Platform development
- World Vertex (Korea) — builds the platform for the operator.
