What to expect

Four things, before you write.

  1. We reply in English or Bahasa Melayu. Tell us which you prefer; we will match it.
  2. No free pilot. A free pilot proves nothing to either of us. We would rather scope a small paid engagement with a defined outcome.
  3. We will tell you when the answer is “not yet”. Several things on this site are marked as in development. We will not move that line in a meeting.
  4. Bring the awkward data. The list with duplicates and broken emails is more informative than a clean one.
The most useful thing you can write here is what happens today — who does it, in what tool, and where it goes wrong. Do not paste recipient lists here.
